- Corrections. Accuracy matters more to us than pride. If any article contains an error, outdated price or broken step, let us know and we will fix it promptly and note the correction.
- Partnerships and collaborations. Brands, startups and agencies can write to us about reviews, sponsorships and other opportunities. Please note that sponsorship never buys a positive verdict, and sponsored content is always labelled.
- Guest posts. We accept high-quality guest contributions on technology topics. Before pitching, please read our write for us page carefully — pitches that ignore the guidelines are usually declined.
- General feedback. Tell us what we are doing well, what we are doing badly, and what you want to see more of. Reader feedback directly shapes our publishing calendar.

We aim to reply to every genuine message within 2 working days. Corrections are prioritised and are usually actioned faster. If you have not heard back within a week, your email may have been caught by a spam filter — feel free to send a polite follow-up.
